   Fees may apply for staking, custody, trading, or portfolio management. All fees will be disclosed clearly before execution. By using the Services, you agree to the fee structure in place at the time of your transaction.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content, branding, and technology on the site are the property of Fintech Plus LTD or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or regulations.
